- KJKaitlyn JenkinsApr 15, 20211.0This company needs to change their name to THREE HOUR KEY. I was very confused as to why I couldn’t get a call back when I only had questions like where is my technician that told me he’d be 15 minutes an hour ago and why did he disconnect his number so I couldn’t call him? I asked 5 different people how long the process of making a new key would take and no one knew. Not to mention after the horrible customer service I received I was charged $400... which is outrageous in the first place but I was told I’d be called about pricing (I wasn’t), the technician told me it would be $355, and he couldn’t answer why it was that much and couldn’t give me a receipt. This company is very sketchy if you need a locksmith I do not recommend using this one because I guarantee the company will not see most of that money and the so called “technician” was looking online, I’m assuming learning how to make the key the entire time. If this is your last resort carve out your whole day and be prepared to call 15 times just to get the technician TO SHOW UP. The only reason I’m writing this is because the company told me they’d call me back about a refund or at least give me answers about my pricing but since the man made me pay in cash and the rest on venmo I’m sure I’ll never see my money!
