- TMTom MulchySep 16, 20231.0absolutely terrible I called over an hour ago and I was nearly immediately frustrated. The man couldn’t understand English they see 24 hour local locksmith. I called back now an hour and a half later and now they’re telling me they do not provide service to my area, which clearly does not match up with the websites or advertising marketing. If I can give lower than a one, I would instead of somebody calling me back and telling me that they don’t service my very populated area. I had to call back myself an hour and a half wondering why I did not get a callback from a local locksmith like I was promised, instead I was told they don’t have freight in my area by a very rude customer service representative and he eventually hung up on me was terrible terrible service. I’m shocked and this will be one of many negative posts. I intend on completing online complete waste of time as I’m locked out of my vehicle and I just need to get into my vehicle , I don’t need keys programmed I don’t need anything special. What a poor organization mom hoping someone from this organization actually contact me back so I can explain to them just how insulting the representatives were on the phone and why I just lost an hour and a half outside in the cold, because I was told to stand by my phone and wait for their call I would like to be contacted from someone in charge because for any one else in my situation this business should not advertise it service in our local area if they do not in fact, offer services in our area they
