    Very poor communication skills. Directions to the store aren't correct. Tried to get me to drive 2 hours to another store they recommended, I only had 2 keys I wanted duplicates for. I just decided I would rather drive 10 minutes to a completely different store and different company in my home town, I mean really 🙄.....
