- RDRobert DraperDec 31, 20235.0I had four copies of the same key made here. They did not work in the lock. I came back to Lowes and they told me that I could only get a refund by calling the 800 number. That made me mad because there is no mention of that on the machine, The girl that I talked to was very helpful and issued the credit right away. I am very happy and reused the machine to make my replacement keys which worked fine.
