1 star simply because the machine was convenient and quick. Lost 4 stars because none of the keys worked. Emailed the escalation account mentioned in the other posts on here to see what kind of resolution they have. -- Update Jan 4, 2024 --- They did email me back and were able to resolve the problem to my satisfaction. Bumping up the stars as they did reply pretty quickly even during the holidays to help resolve this.

This key-cutting kiosk was very easy to use and produced high quality and accurate keys. There were plenty of key-blank choices. You could actually see the key being cut in front of you. Payment was made with any major credit card. It is completely self service and only takes a few minutes to to get an accurate new key!

I made 3 home key and none of them work. I tried calling but no response. I went to Lowe’s from where I used this service and they told me , vendor need to refund and vendor don’t pick call. I will not recommend this. Finally I end up making key from Lowe’s and it work

The machine at L8we's in Frisco did not accept cards, but there was no warning. I inserted cash enough to buy two keys, plus a free one, but the third key was not delivered. Then I inserted cash enough for two different keys, plus a free one, and it delivered NO keys. And kept my money.

This is a mixed review but ultimately had to give a 1 star for execution. Needed a key fast and the self service interface is easy to use at my local Lowes. It stated (and is also signed) "buy two keys at $4.00 each and get a free brass key" At the end of the transaction it failed to deliver my free key. I asked the Lowe's associate and he said they have no control over the kiosk, but he then offered to have a free key cut for me. He said they have lots of problems with this machine and wished they would remove it from Lowes.
