- TBTony BaranDec 5, 20215.0I have new locks and when I had duplicates made at a hardware store they did not work very well- they were tight in the lock and difficult to turn, some of the keys would not work at all. I think that the tolerances in the new lock are very tight- there is no "slop" in these locks. I saw the Minute Key machine at Lowes and decided to try it. The keys worked perfectly, just the same as the original key that came with the lock.

I already donate. However, the key I received works every bit as good, if not BETTER, than the original. I also liked the quality of the brass key. Ease of use, and quality product would make me use this again, despite the irritating sales pitches.
