- RMRoger MFeb 15, 20222.0The Minute Key kiosk is convenient when one can't find someone to cut a key. Unfortunately, the key I received from Minute Key fails to function. The blank selected by the kiosk is shorter than the original key. Looks like I wasted my money. Update. Minute Key management refunded my money, so they did respond and made the effort to take care or the situation.
