- GAGinger AleJun 13, 20224.0The keys are great but the machine said there was 2 extra free keys but instead it added the second key to my bill without showing me that I was being charged. I winded up with 4 keys (excessive), when I thought (as the machine said), Buy 2 get one free. I was overcharged and was deceived about the second non free charge.
- DADebbie AliottaAug 16, 20213.0Needed some keys copied while at Lowes. I couldn't find anyone to assist so I used the self service Minute Key machine. I had 2 keys to copy. The sticker on the machine said buy 2, get 1 free. I was hoping to get 2 copies of one key and 1 copy of the other for free. That was not possible. It had to be 3 of the same key. Since I am a Remodeler, I wanted to use my Lowes LAR card to pay for the keys as they were for a client. The machine did not accept the LAR card so I used my personal credit card with the plan to be reimbursed by my employer. The machine did not print a receipt so it asked for an email address to send the receipt to. I provided the company email address. The receipt never arrived, but the request to take this survey did. I won't get reimbursed by my company without the receipt. The keys worked perfectly and they were made quick, but disappointed with the misleading stickers on the machine and lack of receipt.
- DMDi McLeanFeb 10, 20214.0I only used this machine because I got tired of waiting for someone at Lowes to show up to make the keys for me at their machine. Minute Key is a very slow machine and very expensive. However the keys did work. So eh... ok I guess.
