- BDBeth DavisJan 31, 20241.0I made two sets of keys. one set of 4 keys worked the other set of 4 from another key did not work. I took them back to the store. I was told the store had nothing to do with the key machine besides just have it in their building. I was told I need to contact Minute Key personally. Sooo I will be doing that. Thanks Beth

- JHJim HJul 22, 20215.0Went to HD, Ace first, they couldn't make a ML padlock key (Hillman machines)..Walmart next, made key but didn't work (Hilman machine). Returned key, went to Lowe's, saw they had a Hilman machine so I tried the Minute Key machine that I had walked right by... Interesting to watch, 3 keys made in Minutes, all three worked flawlessly. I will try them again next time first!!
