I found the machine very easy to operate and I got the free 3 Rd key and they all work fine. It's easy to get to at Lowes, right up front , easy to find. Thank you, we are very satisfied.

The key machine was just inside the entry so I went over to use it. About $4 a key. While it was quick, it did not do a good job. I had 3 keys made they all came out the same-very rough, metal stuck on end of key. I could never have been able to use them. I asked store clerk for assistance and they directed me to the in-store key machine area. A clerk helped me buff down the keys. They said it happens frequently with that machine. They had nice keys that were only about $2 for duplication. My advice to shoppers -use the in-store key duplicator. Save money and get a key that will work like the original. I will not use minute key again.

A bit pricey. The cheapest key (and only one) is $4.00. A tiny little piece of brass or metal is not worth it. The Keys worked fine. Is COVID to blame for $4 and $5 per key? Three Stars is not a Positive review.
