- PDPaul DAug 16, 20214.0Needed a replacement house key, so went to Lowes in Cornelia and they have switched to Minute key Instructions were easy so place my Key in the machine, paid for 2 keys and they gave me a third for free. They looked good when compared to the worn original, so took them home. Unfortunately they didn't work in my front door, but did in the rest of my doors. The original worked in all, so there was a minor difference. Emailed them that night about a refund and the next day it was done, even telling them that they worked on some of the doors. Even though it didn't work for me, their response was immediate, and I am giving them a 4 star rating, would give 4.5 if allowed as their customer service was excellent
