You have to fill out a form online after they send you a link via text that requires your credit card information in order to see fees and additional information. The screen will not let you proceed until you do. It states it won't charge your card until your order is complete but they will charge $75 to your card immediately during this process. Once you know this has happened you will try and call their phone number and be placed on hold well over 15 minutes just to be told that you only had 15 minutes to cancel the order. Therefore, only a partial refund can be issued. They get to keep $40 dollars without having to do anything for it. It's a perfect scheme. I have emailed everyone connected to this company and to no avail they get to keep my $40. When i told them I would leave a bad review they said that was fine and didn't care. Sad that companies can get away with things like this but I hope I can keep this from happening to someone else.
