I called and they said they were sending somebody, 45 minutes later after wondering where they were, I called again and they said the locksmith did not plan on coming but was supposed to call me (in which I did not get that call). Not to mention when I called to get an update on the locksmith’s location, they hung up on me. Do better, it doesn’t take but a second to pick up the phone and call someone, especially if that’s your job.
