- ZCZuri CrawfordAug 28, 20234.0Update: I received a refund. I changed my rating because the refund process was simple and fast. I’m not sure why the keys didn’t work, but I would probably try again in the future. I will update this review if I get a resolution. I used the kiosk to make 3 keys and none of the keys work. I followed the instructions and paid. I have a text receipt. Walmart is unable to assist since Minute Key is considered a 3rd party vendor. I couldn’t find a local customer service number. It seems the only way to contact the company is via email, which I did. Hopefully, someone will respond.
