  *This review is for the locksmith service provided by Minute Key, not the key machines* I required a locksmith service and this was the only nearby option. After a few miscommunications, eventually the locksmith came and was able to get the key out of the car (not gracefully, left a few scratches on the exterior). The main issue was the price. I asked multiple times via several different people what the cost would be, and I was never told until the locksmith arrived at my door. Fee was $169 which I had no choice but to accept anyways, but then afterwards I had to pay via credit card. She informed me there was an additional fee for card payments, but didn't tell me the number. It was my fault for letting them use my card without knowing but the fee ended up being almost $70! Before I could even say anything she immediately slammed the door and drove off. I've been trying for weeks to get this resolved but they've set up their customer service so they can call you but you can't call back. Overall not the worst thing I've experienced but I highly advise caution and confirm ALL pricing before considering their locksmith services.

  While it may be a little more expensive it definitely beats having to stand by the key machine in the store for an employee to come help. Usually that takes forever so I'm okay with paying more just for the convenience

  Made (4) keys at the kiosk in Walmart of Winchester, Ky. The machine worked great. Keys worked well.
