- DDdmariofreakApr 16, 20251.0Terrible management of the kiosks. I went to kiosk, and it was out of service. Called the number, and was told a technician could only be sent out if a store manager called in. Why put a number on the screen that asks me to call then? The person on the phone said to try the next nearest one (15minutes away) and guess what? That one was out too. What the heck is going on? Isn’t there someone responsible to check these? Don’t pass the buck onto the store management or customers. MinuteKey should have technicians that regularly inspect the machines or incorporate some kind of software that alerts your company when a machine goes out. Wastes an hour of my day and having to spend the gas to go out of way for no reason is frustrating.
