- JFJohn FortFeb 10, 20223.0Efficient process making keys. Had two sets of 6 keys made. 4 of the 12 do not work. One set of the copied keys is extremely difficult to turn the deadbolt lock.

I tried calling their 800 number and the recording/automated attendant told me to use the refund request on the website. I submitted the refund request via the website. I have not received any response to my refund request, not even automated spam email and obviously no refund. I went to a local hardware store and got keys made that were cheaper and actually worked. Automated kiosks sound awesome but they have a lot of negatives, buyer beware.
