- JLJose LomasAug 11, 20233.0Took my padlock key to get copied. I made sure I inserted the key all the way in before proceeding to the next step. I received two copies that weren't made right, even those two keys had some difference. I called and received refund right away. Maybe next time I make copies I'll get the same exact key, then I'll rate it 5 star.
- LBLory BendicksonOct 18, 20214.0The machine in WalMart was a bit hard for me to figure out, but eventually did. After the first key, the machine asked if I wanted a second key. I did want a second key made so I said "yes" - the machine then made a duplicate of my first key but I wanted a different second key made. Since it was only $2 I thought "what the heck". I think your instructions should have been more clear that it was a duplicate of 1 key you were offering, not a "second" key. Tried both keys in the lock and they both worked perfectly. Thanks
