  This was my first time using this service and I was disappointed to say the least. The machine I used (inside a WalMart) did not take cards according to the individual in the department. Once I found this out I had to buy something from Walmart to get cash to get the key made; only to find out it only does exact cash. So of course the sales clerk had to then give me change in order to pay the exact amount. A process that should have taken 5 minutes took 20 - 30 minutes. I can appreciate technology but when you have to jump through hoops it can be a bit frustrating. Especially, considering the clerk shared they have reached out to the owner of of the machine and have yet to receive a response. I’m going to assume that all the machines aren’t like this but my experience wasn’t the greatest seeing as though I was looking for speed and convenience.

  It really did take me only a minute to get my key. Though the machine I used had only 4 design choices I think it was a general yet different to give options if needed. A great deal of buying 2 keys and get one for free was going at the time and though I did not use it felt it was a steal. I walked away happy and completely satisfied with the service.
