- WIWaqas IdreesJul 27, 20255.0About 8 months ago, I had copied my key and also saved it to my digital wallet. Last night, we accidentally locked ourselves out and didn’t realize until we returned home around 12:30 AM. Thankfully, I remembered the digital copy of the key saved in my wallet. I rushed to Walmart because Google showed me minutes key timing are 24/7 but Walmart was closed. I asked an employee inside for access to the key-copying machine. She was incredibly helpful and allowed me inside. Thanks to her and the convenience of the digital backup, I was able to make a new key right away. At that hour, it would have been very difficult and expensive to find a locksmith. One suggestion: if possible, please consider making the key machine accessible 24/7 within Walmart stores. It could help so many others in urgent situations like mine. Overall, I’m very thankful — this service saved the night!
