Phone representative for company Drew, has horrible customer service. He was unsympathetic to me, when I was disputing charges and reporting issues with kiosk he failed to listen to me. Apparently he is his own boss, when things escalated and I demanded to speak to supervisor he said there wasn't one and I didn't need one and hung up on me. Yes I admit I did cuss and become loud and upset with Drew but it was after he said, "that the error was my own fault and there was nothing he could do as well as nothing he would do." After I sarcastically said that, "he was just being lazy and didn't want to do his job " he chuckled and then was just completely rude with me after that, and that's when I started cussing, and he hung up on me. I called again and got him again, I asked for supervisor and he said, "that there wasn't one, I didn't need one, and he wasn't going to refund me and help me" and I said, "So no supervisor, are you your own boss?" He said and mumbled something (not sure but probably was a remark or curse word at me) and Drew hung up on me again. The 3rd time I called, I was pretty much upset completely with Kiosk, Drew, and this company's customer service, luckily I got Channel (who deserves 5 stars). But because her co-worker Drew, I couldn't give 5 stars, because that would mean it goes to him as well, and he only actually deserves none to 1 star, but he got the 2 stars I gave to make it 3 stars out of sympathy for him so it wouldn't effect Channel.
Channel was excellent, she calmed me down, and understood my situation and refunded me and explained how the error probably could have occurred and told me that it actually happens to others a lot. Thank Channel!
