The first time the keys the machine selected were too thick, and didn't fit in the lock at all. This most recent time the keys weren't trimmed all the way, and while the key looked to be cut right otherwise and was at least the correct thickness, the part that wasn't trimmed made it impossible for the key to work in the lock because its too long for the cylinder. I only gave it a shot again because they removed the machines the employees ran in the car area, and this was my only option.

I go to this minute key kiosk, and the machine selects the wrong kind of key completely, and while shaving the key down, it missed half of the indentations for my key. Absolutely useless machine. Called to let them know that their machine is messed up, and was told that all minute key kiosks are guaranteed to get you the right key. And that was it. They hung up on me.
