    Update: they did refund me. Great customer service. Still a massive inconvenience since there is only one other key duplication option within 15 miles and he was busy. Got a key cut at the Lowe's kiosk and it didn't even look the same as the original. Did not work in the lock.

    I just want to say that I highly recommend this companies key machine and with me saying this I honestly don't leave reviews but I have to give this company there props... I have never had a key made that when I used it for the first time it worked properly like it should but it worked amazingly... thank you
