- JHJerry HoyJul 17, 20231.0I purchased extra keys to get the "cloud" key...but I don't know how to get it. I don't need now, but someday, I may. I purchased at Lowes Minute Key kiosk, and when I got home, I was unable to access the "cloud" key.
