- BHBill HinesMay 11, 20231.0Twice now this machine made a key that didn't work, out of two tries and two different keys, over the last year. Never had one work. Went to customer service at Lowes for a refund and they said take it up with Minute Key, and that I shouldn't trust the machine because it always does that, get the key made by the Lowes person and it's also cheaper. Didn't get a paper receipt because the machine wants my personal info to market to me. So, stuck I guess. NEVER USE MINUTE KEY MACHINES!
- CACave ArnoldJan 24, 20225.0This was really cool. Our house keys were getting old and starting to bend. We had gotten our first set of duplicates made at Lowes in 2007. When I saw the kiosk had images that were made into the key templates I was happy to pay $2 more for Grogu, Spiderman and Kaleidescope. It's not like I get new keys every year or even every 10 years. So I splurged. 😄 Love the new keys. They all worked flawlessly. Will definitely use this service in the future for key duplication. It was also cool to watch it grind the keys in the carousel as it was a clear opening. Fascinating.
