- TGTy GiesemannNov 10, 20234.0Used the machine at Lowe’s in Bluffton, SC. Made 4 copies, and none worked. Went back to Lowes, and sorry, no refund because it was Minute Key that charged me. Asked them to make 2 keys on a human-operated machine, which worked perfectly…. was contacted by Vanessa at Minute Key and given a full refund. - HMhammermulk mulkerJun 10, 20223.0MDe 3 copies of a house key 2 days ago. 1 worked, but is "sticky." Another key doesn't work. The third hasn't been used yet. This doesn't surprise me because keys duplicates have always been hit or miss. However, it is interesting to watch the machine create the key. So, the ma hine has entertainment value. I expect that I can file the key a bit and get it to work.
