- BFBrittney FlatenApr 19, 20222.0Machine jammed and did not return my keys. Store associates were not surprised...apparently it happens frequently. They helped me call customer service at Minute Key and I was refunded promptly, which I appreciated. I recommend just going to the hardware aisle and having an employee copy your keys...it's also cheaper than the machine :)
