  I have used this service twice. The first one went well and received all the keys I had ordered. I had asked for a receipt to be emailed to me but never received one. Typically this wouldn't be a big deal but I needed to turn the receipt in for business reimbursement. My second experience wasn't great. I ordered 11 keys and after just one, the machine said it was out of order. The employee at the store said it wasn't their problem because they didn't maintain the machine. I tried calling the phone number. It was after hours so I left a voicemail. I haven't received a call from them at all. I paid for 11 keys and received one. I'm not very happy about their service. I still am waiting for keys or a refund. Next time, I'll take my service to an actual store.

  I had an odd office key to copy. Places like Home Depot don't carry this key. I was excited that Minute Key seem to be able to match it but noticed that the key was not a match. The new key wouldn't even fit into the lockset. I'll give two stars as it is a convenient option, and I would try again with a regular key.

  Absolutely DO NOT CALL unless you want to be highly disrespected and belittled. I didn’t like the way he spoke to me over the phone with my questions, so I just told him thank you anyway. He called me back a few minutes later asking if I wanted a tech to come to my home, and again I told him no. He literally said these words “Oh my God, your stupid”. And hung up. Wow! Superior customer service at its finest.
