I remembered that I had saved a key on their machine and decided to download the app and try it out. The people at the store weren’t able to help my son use the machine because they said they didn’t know how. I went to the app and printed the key to the machine successfully on the second try. I think I had to wait for the code to refresh the first time around, and when it did it was a straightforward process. My son received the key at the machine right away and we were all relieved!
