- LTLisa ThomasApr 19, 20213.0Nice concept. But when it offers you a free key you’ve already selected the amount of keys you need and that key has to be of the key you have in the system. Not ideally the way I think it should be. The machine is very slow. I realized that Lowe’s still cut keys on the next isle and had them do it. They copied three keys and cut them on the time it took this machine to make three exact copies of the same key. So.....in a pinch yes it is nice but not cost effective. Also I will add that the saved electronic copy of the key is a real nice feature. Especially if you loose your key often, but we don’t. That’s why we have extra copies made in the first place.
