  Keys were made quickly but was supposed to get 3 keys, only got 2. Key made in under a minute is printed on machine. That is true but I was at the store for an hour with customer service employee trying to figure out what happened in between helping other customers at her checkout. Took 4 hours for key machine company to email receipt so I had nothing to show customer service for proof. Store apparently has to contact key machine company for issues. Store was nice enough to give me “non-receipt” credit to use in the store. So it ended up costing them money. There is another key machine in the store hardware department operated by a human. Next time I will opt to walk to the other side of the store vs trying to use convenience by the front door. That was anything but convenient.

  I had used these machines in the past and been given non working keys, but this machine produced 4 working keys. Great improvement and selection of keys.

  I needed a key made, but I didn't have a key to make a copy. Fortunately I saved the information on my phone app. I had the new key cut from the digital info. Easy Peasy!
