At this point I’m thinking, why is she the one acting all stressed out I’m the one locked outside my car in the freezing cold. So she ends up telling me someones on the way… turns out she lied, 30 minutes passed and no one showed up. I call back and tell her I’m the person that called before and she hangs up on me AGAIN. I can’t wait to find out who was on the phone. Completely unprofessional and doesn’t deserve her job.
