- MMmojoblue59Apr 29, 20221.0Winfield Alabama minute key kiosk was broken or jammed more than it was working . It took my money and promptly jammed up not making my keys or refunding me my cash. I contacted minutekey and was told I would be sent a refund. About 2 weeks later I received a debit card. Then minute key sent me an activation code. The code does not work and when I called Comdata , the company that issued the card asked me for my birthday and tells me that is incorrect . After talking to a live representative they told me the card does not match up to minute key or the state of Alabama so Comdata told me I would have to contact minute key again to find out about a refund but the card I was sent cannot be used for a refund. . All I want is my 10 bucks back The process seems to be designed to frustrate you to the point that you just give up on your refund. Still waiting since February 7 for my money.
