  Unfortunately I tried to make 4 keys for my home. All 4 keys did not work. I spent $12 and had to go to another place to have my keys made. Very disappointing

  So the key works perfectly, but your email system haranguing me to "tell us how we did" is outright annoying. I needed just one key cut, not a weekly email begging me for recognition. Because of that I'm giving your services less than 4 stars, for harassing me like a child does it's mother for attention. Insert stewie meme "momma mommy" here.

  Well, I've used the kiosk in the past for a large number of keys. This is the first time I made 8 keys plus the free bonus keys and what I believe what happened is when I inserted the key it felt like it was in when it stopped and locked. Apparently it was not completely inserted and none of the keys worked in the lock. I sent Pictures and am waiting to hear. It was 8 specialty keys at $51.00. Due to the amount, the guarantee needs to be reviewed by others. I will go back an re-cut once I hear the final outcome of the guarantee. I hope they do the right thing! Will update everyone once all settled.
