  Other than the excessive cost of $8.49 each key I made. That was $17 for two keys made 3 times each just to get the one free. The keys work well

  Very easy to use.... Just follow instructions! However, it should give the pricing options before you start the process. The key came out great! I checked it at home and it worked fine. Just a little pricey.... I paid $5. The same key at a place where a person makes it would be about $3. Oh well... Convenience!

  First time I've used this machine. Made 10 keys for my new front door. Took roughly 20 minutes to make all the keys. System didn't tell me about the 3 free brass keys until after I paid. I really only needed 7 keys. I thought I HAD to pick one of the first set of keys @ $5 per key. I paid $37+ for my keys. When I got home with them I found that NONE of the 10 keys worked. I was not happy. Went back to Lowe's return dept. Ended up getting a store credit. I was told they have a key station where a person makes them for you. Didn't know that. Went that route and all THOSE keys worked just fine. I was told many customers have complained about the machine. I'll never use it again. Hope they remove it from the store. The only reason you got 1 star is because I had to give you at these 1 star to be able to post my review. Frankly, this was a ZERO star performance.
