  Bad experience at the Lowes store, I bought a washer and a dryer on Thursday 02/03/23 and they went wrong and when I went to return it on 06/03/23, they told me that returns are only accepted within 48 days hours, but the receipt does not specify the hours to make returns, I am very sad because I am going to lose $1,727 dollars and it is not fair to me. so, Lowes is not a good option to buy refrigerators or washing machines, it is better to go to another store. mala experiencia en la tienda Lowes, compre el día jueves 03/02/23 una lavadora y una secadora y me salieron mal y cuando lo fui a devolver 03/06/23, me dijeron que solo se acepta la devolución en el lapso de 48 horas, pero en el recibo no especifica las horas para hacer devoluciones, estoy muy triste porque voy a perder $1,727 dolares y no se me hace justo. así que, Lowes no es una buena opción para comprar refrigeradores o lavadoras, mejor hay que acudir a otra tienda.

  I wanted to have a few extra keys for my front door made. I figured at $4 each, I'd make several. When I went to pay, they told me if I bought two, a third one would be free. I agreed. Then, before I paid, the machine said I could have a 4th one made for only an additional $1.49. I again agreed and got four keys made for under $10. They all work perfectly. the instructions from the machine were very clear and I had no problems following the needed steps.

  Not happy with experience. Directions are not clear. Spent $ 8 instead of $4 on first key. Something came up about free brass ring for keys. pressed button and it charged $8 and could not delete order or charge and machine printed 3 keys when I only needed one with a $8 charge instead of $4 and guess what no Brass Ring. Second key went OK but after key came down chute i offered to make me a duplicate for $1.49 when early in the process it offered me a duplicate key for $4. So never buy the additional key up front for $4 wait and get at end for $1.49 I felt this was border dishonest trying to get $4 up front. Third it said it could not read and make key. the key was in correctly and not bent or anything. Don't know the problem. Unhappy with my experience and will not use again. I'll go back to the hand made key hardware store.
