  We first went to the manned kiosk and the machine the clerk used there couldn't identify our screen door key. We decided to try at Minute Key. After a few tries, Minute Key figured it out and made us a key that worked. It was about $1 more than the other keys we got at the manned station but better than replacing the lock on the screen door.

  The keys I got from this self service kiosk were flimsy, had dangerously sharp edges and did not work in the lock. So I had to make an extra trip to my local Ace Hardware, where I got sturdy keys that actually work, faster and at a lower cost. While I was able to get a refund (via a pre-paid card), I am definitely frustrated that I had to make an extra trip and then spent precious time tracking down customer service. Not a fan. p.s. I wouldn't have gone to the trouble of posting this negative review if Minute Key hadn't emailed me asking for a review.

  La atencion en las ares nunca esta nadien atendiendo y va apregunatar le marca. Al encargadi y se demoran mucjo tiempo en es perar a alguine que te atienda ya son mucjas veses que voy a si esto el tiempo los teabajadore nu ponen atención son muy lentos
