- CCCarol Chukoloski-WarkeJun 2, 20231.0Would give a zero if it was possible. I needed a key made for my car TODAY. The guy told me they don't do that so I said, ok, thank you & hung up. Well he persistently calls me back 2x asks me the cars make & model, says oh sure, just send me the VIN # and I'll call the company. So I go to get the title where I have kept it always... Gone! Extra keys gone too, realized that yesterday. So I walk out to my car not once but twice. I must add I am disabled and don't breath great especially when upset or in heat, due to diaphragm (long story), was sure to tell him this. Finally text him back saying I have it, he tells me they don't do that kind of car. Wasted a bunch of time so now no key til after wknd being it was Friday late.
