- KDKim DoddJul 19, 20231.0I purchased three keys and they did not work. I thought I had done something wrong so I went back and purchased three additional keys. Those also did not work. Lesson learned: DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
- NNNotAPresidentDec 24, 20221.0Got locked out of my house during one of the worst snowstorms to hit the area lately, on Christmas Eve no less. -4°F and I call for somebody to assist me, the phone operator tells me the locksmith is on another job and to wait for a call back. Gave the operator my name, address, phone number, everything. By now, I brute forced myself back in, but I never got that call back. It took me an hour and a half of suffering in the cold and making a fool out of myself all the while expecting a locksmith to show up.
