- MMMatt McCaffreyAug 27, 20232.0This might work as a standalone kiosk, with no other key services available. But I experienced it as a plodding, time-chewing energy suck. A limited number of blanks are stocked in the robotic machine. The screen kept trying to upsell unrelated stuff. And one of the two keys I paid for was not vended, and there was no recourse available in the Lowe’s store where it was located. With an actual key-cutting service just a few feet away, I recommend flagging down a human and having them cut your keys for you, as there is no benefit offered by this machine other than that feeling you get when the lights start flashing and the giant claw ALMOST grabs the thing you want.
