The keys for my front door worked perfectly, but the keys for my garage lock did not work. I did not feel like going through the hassle of returning the keys for $12 credit, so I now have 3 cheese that don't fit anything. I went back to Lowe's to see if they would refund my money and they said no. They said that the the Minutekey kiosk is a 3rd party vendor and I would hate to get my return process through them. Seemed like a lot of trouble for $12. I won't recommend the Minutekey kiosk to any of my friends nor my family members. Easier to have the Loews employee to make the key. That way they will fix any issues on the spot.
