- MIMd Monirul IslamOct 26, 20211.0The machine failed to scan the exact length of my key even though I inserted it to the full. It ultimately copied the key and resulted a short length key which did not work for my door. I understand it is programmed but it should refuse the duplication rather than delivering a useless key. There is another machine operated by a HD man does not have the same length key also. My key was very common type and I finally got a perfect service from a local hardware shop. I am not angry or disappointed for the wrong service I got. I wish those machines will be improved in future to provide better service.
