- JPJennifer PfefferDec 2, 20231.0I had made 5 keys and 2 special design keys the 2 of them did not work when I tried them. I had asked for a refund for them through email on the site with no response. I would not suggest going with this key making machine just in case the keys don’t work and no response from the company to help with an issue.
