  I have used this so many times and their is no human error. It makes perfect replicas of the original. So perfect. Everytime. It offers a way to save all your keys in the memory. You don't even need the actual key if you've had it made once. You can name the key and save it. Imagine you lost a key, now you can have one made and it will spit out a perfect copy for you.

  I had two different keys made. One was a perfect day fit and open and closed the lock perfectly. The other key went into the lock ok but I was unable to turn the key. I took advantage of the buy two of one key and get a 3rd free, all were the same, but my original key worked fine. With some lock grafite I finally was able to open the lock with a 3 of the new keys but very stiff. I've used this machine in the past and this the first time I had issues..

  Minute Key kiosk at our local Lowes store worked perfectly. We copied a number of keys tor all the new locks on exterior doors that we installed ie. deadbolts and doorknobs. The machine worked perfectly for copying and paying with credit card, emailed my receipt to me and got the keys home and they worked just great. Have to say the experience was perfect.

  be aware... this company is a scam... they go by many numerous names.. give very vague answers as to who they are... i was told "Beach Haven Lock and safe" there is not even a company with that name.. tried to over charge and when i question... the person proceeded to call me a spoiled brat... that i can afford it because i have a shore house.. and that i should give him some of my money... very very scary...find a local reputable locksmith... look at their reviews they are from all over the united states .. not local at all...
