- JGJay GambrillAug 2, 20212.0I enjoyed the convenience of the Minute Key Kiosk at my local Lowes. Over 2 different trips, I had several duplicate keys made. Problem: the keys don't work. Maybe due to poor cut quality. ?? I even paid $1 extra for the Ultra Lite key which broke inside my door handle. I now need to replace the entire lock (handle and deadbolt) assembly. I think I'd prefer using a trusty human being to make keys in the future.
