  I love these keys! I got 7 (plus 2 free gold ones), and the colors/logos are awesome! Plus, my 2 year old loved when the keys dropped down so he could open the little door and take them out. Reasonably priced, and will definitely use this machine again!

  My wife contacted Minute Key in the Milford area recently to install new door knobs with locks on 5 rooms in our house. Minute Key told my wife that a technician would contact us and provide us with an estimate for the work. The technician came promptly and provided us with the estimate as stated. However, he worked very quickly and left the house within 30 minutes. Following the installation, my wife checked all the doors and, out of the 5, 2 of the doors did not close properly. When we called the technician back, he blamed the door knobs and explained that he could perform any more work unless we paid an additional service fee (we had already paid him $300). He also refused to take any accountability for his incompetence. I then contacted Minute Key myself and asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor was "busy," but promised to call me back (which he/she never did). Therefore, my recommendation is to avoid Minute Key and their technicians at all costs. You will pay significant money for a lackluster performance. I suggest finding a decent locksmith who is honest and reputable, unlike Minute Key. UPDATE: The owner asked me to email a different email address, which I did. The owner claimed that this situation was concerning, but NO ONE has reached out to me since and it has been 3 WEEKS! Apparently, this company DOES NOT CARE about its customers. Stay away from this place.
