  Scam!! Avoid. They charge 5x the price for a plain key that guareteed WONT WORK! Machine said my key was rare , even tho it was a standard deadbolt house key, & made me pay to have shipped , for almost $15! The key took almost a week to arrive , come to find it wss the most atrocious key cut ive ever seen. The key is over 2mm longer than my key, there's a sharp tip that can be used as a shiv on the front end , & an atrocious burr aka rough edging that wasnt even smoothed out by a human & the key DOESN'T even fit remotely!!! The packet said Hillman group. They are a corporate company stealingl $ from working class people with faulty key machines at a premium . I had to run around & use a sick day thanks to this which Minute key isnt paying me back, nor the bus fare I wasted to get to the store to use the machine! Support local hardware stores instead! I went to 2 stores with no luck, but 3rd store cut a key in 2 mins literally FOR $2.00!!! Hence, minute key is a RIPOFF! It takes a whole week for a standard dead bolt NOT minutes. They are false advertising! PS- They require a picture of BOTH keys, OG & copy, for a refund too which is ridiculous.If i had an original I would have never used your dumb machine!! And then the operators take DAYS to send the picture email. They outsource operators from India who are RUDE & blame you too, not the poor key quality. I will be filing a fraud case with my bank. I hope a class action starts cuz minute is a lie

  Machine was easy to use and key was accurately cut. My location had two available options, neither was very appealing but I needed a key. Took off an additional star due to a big sign saying buy 2 get 1 free, I purchased 2 keys but wasn’t given a third or any instruction as to how to get it.
