- SNsteve nicholsDec 10, 20214.0I was hesitant to try an automated key making kiosk but the results were a pleasant surprise. I was in a hurry but needed a couple of keys made, so I gave Minute Key a shot. They were made quickly and they worked perfectly. The only minor negative is they charge $4 per key, but I guess it's worth the price for the speed and convenience.
- LCLennie CorbettOct 29, 20211.0So I made an appointment for 10 am to have a key cut at my home and after waiting till 11:30 and hearing nothing from them I call and I am told a technician will call me back. I call again at 1:30 pm and then I am told I am transferred to the so called technician and disconnected in the process. Then I call back again and I am told I need to find another service. This company is the worst and I would not recommend them to tie a pair of shoes. Terrible customer service and their phone skills are even worse.

I was thrilled to see that if I bought 2 keys I got one free. After going through the whole process I was waiting for a prompt for the free key to be made and nothing happened. Everything stopped and that was it. Disappointed I called the Minute Key Company and got immediate results. Now when I say immediate results I mean exactly that immediate results. The young lady was pleasant very understanding and clearly helped me understand what had happened. She took my information and sent me through email a coupon code for the free key I didnt get all while sitting in the parking lot of Lowes. Took a whole 5-7 minutes! Great customer Service ! I would tell anyone to use minute key not just for copying spare keys but for all the other services they provide also. Which by the way I didnt realize until this incident. Thanks again to a company that truely does what they say they are going to do. ♥️ I'm definitely happy.
