- MSMartin SchlesingerMay 22, 20252.0I went to the Minute Key garner location first. Got two keys made. Neither of them worked on the door I needed. Called Minute Key, they gave me code for 2 free keys. Went to the Cary location, hoping this machine would do a better job. It only cut 1 out of the 2 correctly. Thankfully I got aluminum keys, so I was able to use a file to shape the one key to the correct shape. This was a ridiculous run-around. Not impressed with Minute Key.
- CPCatherine PapeJul 20, 20215.0Easy peasey. Insert the key you want duplicated and follow the touch screen prompts. A nice array of choices, from a simple brass key to colorful and themed based keys. I purchased 3 keys and ALL of them fit perfectly into the door locks.
