Made my granddaughter a Mickey Mouse key for the house. When we got home, she ran to the door to unlock it and said she loved the design on the key. It was a fun experience for her. Key worked perfectly. (I've gotten new cut keys that would NOT work before).

Great Machine. It was able to duplicate a key that the machine at the Lowe's could not. Highly recommend this machine. Fast and easy. $4/key is a tad more pricey than having it done by the staff, but for speed and convenience, well worth it. Also since I bought 2 keys, they gave me a 3rd key for free.

The issue that I had was when I started to put the dollar bills into the machine I was 1 dollar short. It took a few minutes to get the dollar from a cashier. When I returned to the machine the screen had changed back to the start. I had to put new money in and therefore, paid almost double for the key. There wasn't any way to get the original 3 dollars back.
